At Tijarat by Khadija, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Orders are normally processed within 1–8 business days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. Customers in major cities may receive their orders sooner, while deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their full name, complete delivery address, and active contact number. Any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.

Our courier partner may contact you before or during delivery. If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier may make another attempt according to its delivery policy.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated or displayed before the order is finalized.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond our control.
